Absolutely! Cameras, phones, and GoPros are welcome for personal use. Please follow crew instructions during takeoff and landing.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety is our priority. If weather conditions are unsuitable, we’ll contact you to reschedule or refund your flight.

Do you fly pregnant passengers?

Pregnant passengers should consult their healthcare provider. We generally advise against flying in the third trimester.

Are children allowed?

Yes, but children under 12 must fly with a parent or legal guardian. Infants may require special seating – please let us know when booking.

When should I book?

Our flights often fill quickly, especially during peak periods. To secure your preferred date and time, we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance.

Cancellations

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
